TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Only Imagine Content website and provide general terms for my wedding and event content creation services.
Your individual client contract will contain the specific terms of your booking. If there is a conflict between these Terms and your signed contract, your signed contract will take priority.

Inquiries & Booking

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve your date.
Your date is officially secured once your contract has been signed and the required retainer/deposit has been paid.
I aim to respond to inquiries within two business days.

Services

Only Imagine Content provides wedding and event content creation, including iPhone content, Super 8 film, highlight films, and optional add-ons such as additional hours, Super 8 rolls, and audio.
Your proposal and contract will outline exactly what is included in your chosen package.

Payments & Retainers

All payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your contract.
A retainer/deposit is required to secure your date and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract or required by law.
Additional services are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms of your signed client contract.
If you need to make a change to your booking, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduled dates are subject to my availability.

Wedding Day Coverage

I will make every reasonable effort to capture your wedding naturally, including meaningful moments, details, and interactions throughout the day.
However, I cannot guarantee that every person, moment, or requested shot will be captured. Wedding days are unpredictable, and coverage may be affected by weather, lighting, timeline changes, venue restrictions, other vendors, guests, or circumstances outside of my control.

Delivery

For iPhone packages, raw content is generally delivered within 24–48 hours, with edited highlight films following within approximately 3–7 days.
Super 8 footage requires professional processing and digitization before delivery.
Unexpected circumstances or technical issues may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

Super 8 Film

Super 8 is an authentic analog format and naturally includes characteristics such as grain, exposure variations, color shifts, light leaks, and other film imperfections.
These characteristics are part of the medium and are not considered defects.

Artistic Style

By booking Only Imagine Content, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio and understand my creative style.
I retain creative control over how your content is captured and edited. While I will consider your preferences, the final work may differ from inspiration images, trends, or examples from other creators.

Copyright & Usage

Unless otherwise stated in your contract, Only Imagine Content retains copyright to the original photographs, videos, and films created.
Clients receive a personal-use license to download, save, and share their delivered content.
Content may not be sold, licensed, commercially used, or altered in a way that misrepresents the original work without written permission.

Portfolio & Social Media

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I may use photographs and video from your wedding or event for my portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
If you have specific privacy concerns, please discuss them with me before booking.

Website Content

All photographs, videos, written content, graphics, branding, and other materials on this website belong to Only Imagine Content or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use website content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

I take reasonable care to protect your content and use professional equipment. However, technical failures, equipment issues, data loss, film processing issues, or circumstances outside my control can occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability will be limited according to the terms of your signed client contract and applicable law.
